A new and sleek looking version of a well known classic Model 700 by Remington, the 700 CDL is considered a modern refinement. The stock is American walnut with a satin finish. The wood has cut checkering, a right hand cheek piece, and a black fore end tip with a plastic grip cap.

The Remington 700 CDL is available in calibers .243, .270, 7mm-08, 7mm Rem. Mag., 7mm Ultra Mag, .30-06, .300 Win. Mag., .300 Ultra Mag and .35 Whelen. While the magnum versions have a 26 inch barrel, the standard versions have a 24 inch carbon steel barrel.
