Have a korean war era m1 it qualifies as C&R

What type of M1 are you looking for?
1. Modern factory new
2. Restock / rebuilt military
3. Rack grade CMP
4. Vintage war WW2 or Korea

The government produced M1 Garand serial numbers stopped in the 6 million range, and the commercial numbers started in the 7 million range, using newly made receivers. Commercial rifles have also been made using receivers from Century Arms, and Lithgow and mostly GI surplus parts.

An M1 Garand is a Curio and Relic if it is 50 years old or older. Originals will be. Modern production/reproduction M1's are not C&R unless they are on the list. There are guns newer than 50 years that are C&R on the BATF list. The Springfield Armory, Inc., Korean War Commemorative .30 cal., MI Garand Rifle S/Ns from KW0001 to KW1000. is an example not 50 years old but C&R license qualified.
